8 October 2008 Incoe Appoints New Manager for Europe
US-based Incoe has appointed Gunnar Gramatzki as the new general manager (GM) of the company’s European business unit based in Rödermark, Germany. Gramatzki assumes responsibility for expanding Incoe’s market share throughout the region. The Rödermark facility provides manufacturing, sales, and technical support for Europe. It has grown steadily since opening in 1978. Robert Hoff, president and chief operating officer of Incoe, notes that Gramatzki brings industry-specific expertise and a thorough understanding of both European and global markets to the post. “Many of our customers today are multinational,” says Hoff. “Gunnar’s added global experience will extend our value and support to their businesses in Europe and abroad.” Gramatzki holds a 1991 degree in plastics engineering from the Fachhochschule Darmstadt. He has worked since graduation in the plastics industry, and in the hot runner industry for the past 11 years. His job titles have included sales and marketing manager, vice president of sales (for the regions of Europe, Brazil and India), and managing director. In his role as GM, Gramatzki intends to leverage his experience with Incoe’s longstanding presence in the hot runner industry to ensure, first of all, that Incoe’s standard of excellence in the engineering and manufacturing of hot runner systems is maintained and, secondly, that the technical and customer support offered throughout Europe and the United Kingdom is always of the highest level. Since 1958, Incoe has been a hot runner system specialist. The company now supplies a wide range of nozzles and manifolds, prewired unitized systems, complete hot halves, and advanced control technologies to moulders in the appliance, automotive, electronics, medical disposables, packaging, and technical markets.
